Athens, Greece 2027

Embark on an eight-day journey to Athens—the city where democracy took its first breath.

In 2027, Athens, Greece transforms into a living forum for reflection on democracy's origins and futures - providing the context for the development of a Futures Thinking outlook and a powerful skill set. Over eight days, Futures Fellows engage in guided study, walk the ancient Agora, and exchange ideas about the principles that bind free societies. Each day offers a blend of skilling, discovery, and cultural immersion—an opportunity to stand where democracy began and consider how it might be renewed for the generations ahead.

In a BANI world—one that is Brittle, Anxious, Nonlinear, and Incomprehensible—leaders need futures thinking: the ability to interpret signals, make effective decisions amid uncertainty, and collaborate across differences. The Futures Fellowship experience strengthens strategic judgment and builds practical capabilities that Fellows bring back to their organizations—helping them lead through periods of disruption and change regardless of sector or mission.

Join a selective cohort of independent, liberal, and conservative leaders— learning to think future-forward together.
